All items are made and shipped from the USA.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

I definitely do! For digital orders your personal address doesn't matter, so the production & shipping times are the same internationally. When it comes to shipping physical items I'm still working on adding an international option to each listing. Until then, any international orders have to be taken through a contact form. Be sure to state what items you're purchasing, the quantities, and your shipping address so that I can calculate the shipping price for your order as soon as possible. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

If it's a physical item such as a poster or an art print you can expect it to reach you in 3-5 days unless noted otherwise. This is an estimate for domestic shipping, not international.

If it's a pre-made digital item such as a digital sketchbook, you can expect to receive the item as soon as you complete the purchase. If your digital product is a commissioned piece of artwork you can expect to receive it anywhere between 1-2 weeks depending on the item in question. If you need your order rushed, contact me and I will let you know whether or not I can meet the needs of your request. What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All sales are final & I don't allow for exchanges.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

My store uses PayPal, which means my store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
